We work closely with your team to configure the software to your unique business requirements and warehouse layout. Each warehouse area can have its own customizable process flow to match your existing or desired processes and can be turned on or off at the push of a button. Multiple alternate workflows can be created in tandem and activated and deactivated at will. In conjunction with Quiddit WCS, every step of each process has multiple opportunities to trigger automation behaviors (e.g. control lights, spin carousels, open gates, activate conveyors, etc.). Shelf labels are fully configurable and can be customized by warehouse area.  

Quiddit WMS is designed to maximize efficiency with both internal and external customers. To speed fulfillment, it will automatically consolidate orders and translate consolidated quantities into higher units of measure so fewer units are handled individually (i.e. pick a box of 40 to fulfill 4 orders of 10 eaches). Additionally, for internal customers, rounding can be enabled and customized to round odd quantities up or down to whole higher units of measure (i.e. fulfill the order with a box of 100 instead of the 96 eaches that were ordered).

Quiddit WMS also utilizes both standard and GS1 bar codes. No additional labels need to be attached to warehoused items. Expired items or recalled lot numbers (if the data is present in the item’s GS1 bar code) will never make it out the door. 

The software also maintains a complete chain of custody for every item ordered. Know where it is within the process flow at any point in time and who or what performed which steps to get it there.
